A dear friend of mine chose this place to have lunch yesterday and reading about it now I realize that Salvador Cocina y Café is ran by famous chef Rolando Ortega, who made the pig his star meat. He opened a new restaurant called La Salvación (that I will be checking soon). The only downer: too noisy. I tried the Caesar Salvad salad and the polenta. REALLY good! ”
